Ayurveda is a 3,000 to 5,000-year-old holistic healing system originating in India, often called the "science of life" (Ayur = life, Veda = science/knowledge). It aims to balance the body, mind, and spirit through diet, herbal remedies, and lifestyle changes to prevent and treat illness. It operates on the principle that health depends on the harmony between mind, body, and spirit.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focused on Philosophy, Psychology, and Art, along with Master’s-level coursework in Integral Studies—an approach which integrates psychology, human development, and holistic health. In addition, I have been a cetified Being True to You Coach since March, 2023.
